Incauti - Imprudent

This video is a social commentary denouncing the verdict of the L’Aquila court on the victims of the 2009 earthquake. With the verdict on October 9, 2022, the L’Aquila Court acknowledged the contributory negligence of some victims in the collapse of a building, determining compensations with a 30% reduction.

Dear Pirandello, you were wrong!

After a brief teaching stint in Città Sant’Angelo, Italian playwright Luigi Pirandello wrote the short story “Night,” expressing mixed feelings about the Abruzzo village. This narrative weaves a visual journey, blending tradition and modernity, art, and nature in response to Pirandello’s evocative words.

Playfully responding to Pirandello, this film tells the story of one of Italy's most beautiful towns.

Nautilus

“Italy has Europe’s oldest population, second oldest in the world.” Building upon the preceding startling statement, the story take place in a serene and beautiful clinic, filled with senior people and in the suggestive scenery of the Adriatic Coast, a doctor start to visit his patient..

Nautilus was created to shed light on the elderly individuals who often find themselves neglected in retirement homes.

Under the Water

Nairobi. Through the eyes of Barack, a 10-year-old kid affected by physical disability, 'Under the Water' narrates the daily life story in Korogocho, Kenya, one of the poorest slums in the Third World. Under the Water was awarded in more than 20 film festivals, including the prestigious Venice Film Festival.

All the proceeds donated made possible for Barack to start his terapied and thus make his first steps into walking again.
